What is couples therapy?
During couples therapy I work with the gestalt therapy method. Couples therapy is generally a shorter therapy process, during which I accompany you in your development as a couple.
My aim is to support you as a couple in becoming more aware of your various patterns and difficulties, encouraging you to experiment and explore new ways of doing things. Joy, attraction and curiosity will be explored along with hurt feelings, anger and fears.
I don’t have any set ideas about the “right” way for you to live your lives together; instead, I will join the search with you to help you find the most satisfying way of being together or apart.
